WLiT offers a sixth-month-long fellowship for passionate tech students in university who identify as women. It is designed to assemble a unique cohort of high-potential and skilled leaders. The fellowship starts with a two-weeks bootcamp; one week online and the other week in-person (on JavaScript accompanied by leadership courses) and follows into a six-month-long fellowship program, which will include monthly meetups, mentorship, internships, and school activities.
WLiT supports caste/class/gender diversity. Participants from minority and non-mainstream backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
