Startup & Idea Fest 2025, the flagship pre-event of the ICT Award, is being organized on November 13 & 14 (Kartik 27 & 28) across all seven provinces. It serves as a dynamic platform for startups, innovators, and students to showcase their ideas and products.
The two-day Startup & Idea Fest 2025 will bring together the semifinalists of various ICT Award categories, past winners, provincial startups, and leading tech companies in a grand exhibition expected to attract over 10,000 visitors. The event aims to promote local innovators and startups contributing to Nepal’s digital growth, offering a vibrant platform to showcase top products, ideas, and technologies from across the country. It will also feature investment opportunities for emerging startups, interactive sessions on robotics, aviation, and space technology, as well as engaging STEAM demonstrations and games designed to inspire innovation among students and youth.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic volunteers to support this key event leading up to the ICT Award 2025.

Your Role (Pre-Event):
- Promote and communicate about the exhibition
- Visit colleges and key partners for event promotion
- Assist the organizing team with event management
- Deliver invitations to key invitees
- Promote the Startup & Idea Fest 2025 across various platforms
